Office National de l'Enfance
ONE – Office national de l’enfance – is a public administration under the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth. Its mission is to offer help and support to children, young people, young adults and families who are experiencing difficulties.
ONE’s work is primarily based on collaboration with parents and children. Its teams are present to put in place, together with the families, concrete help adapted to their situation. ONE guarantees the continuity and follow-up of the assistance for as long as it is desired and necessary.
Image campaign
Originally, the idea of creating a campaign for ONE was to present the missions of the Office national de l’enfance to the general public of Luxembourg and foreign residents and to clearly situate it in the sphere of institutions dedicated to helping children, young people and their families.
Following ONE’s request to redesign its logo and graphic charter in 2022, this “image” campaign was launched in 2023.
Three key words guided the rebranding: protection, support and cohesion. Last year, ONE unveiled its new logo, as well as a new website and various communication media adapted to this new corporate universe. Today, this campaign is completed with posters, cinema and radio spots (in 4 languages) as well as a digital campaign on the social networks Facebook, Google and YouTube.
