Union of Luxembourg Pharmacists
The Union of Luxembourg Pharmacists asked IDP to rework the look and functionality of its website. Targeted at both the general public and professionals, the site features a range of news and information.
In particular they wanted to help users find the nearest out-of-hours pharmacy quickly. Plus, they needed the site to be easy to update and administer.
The home page features prominently a list of out-of-hours pharmacies. Plus, an advanced search engine uses place names or postcodes to help users find the one most convenient for them. On the new site, each pharmacy has their own well-presented page, featuring opening times, contact details, and a map. The list of out-of-hours pharmacies is updated automatically by uploading an excel file.
Facilitating information exchange
A secure members area provides approved pharmacists with the work documents they need daily. This service is an easy-to-use personalised back-office. Users can also quickly publish job offers on the site, using a WordPress content management system.
