IERACE DECHMANN & PARTNERS S.àr.l. (ID+P), communication and advertising agency, having its offices at 40, Rangwee L-2412 Luxembourg, collects, uses, maintains, and divulges data collected from clients and/or users on its website.
ID+P recognises and engages to respect laws and regulations governing the processing of personal-data, including but not limited to, regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27th April 2016 on the protection of people in terms of personal-data treatment, and the free circulation of this data, that abrogated directive EC 95/46 (“GDPR ”), and all other national law or regulations applicable to the personal-data treatment in the context of the provision of services.

“Personal data” refers to any information that could identify you directly. This means that personal-data includes information such as names, dates of birth, postal and electronic addresses, telephone numbers, user names, profile photos, financial data. Personal data can also include digital identifiers such as the IP address of your PC, the Mac address of your mobile, or cookies.
Non-personal identification information can include technical information about means of user connection, such as the operating system, the internet service provider used, geographical information such as country of origin, behavioural information such as the time spent on the site. Personnel analytical data designed to improve the user experience, products, and services.
Each user recognises and accepts that the carrying out of services can require the collection and treatment of personal identification information and non-personal identification information.
ID+P can use “cookies” to improve the user experience regarding services. In this case, the user’s internet browser can install cookies on their hard disk to collect a certain set of data that can personalise navigation as part of services rendered, thus enabling certain dedicated functionality. Your personal data can be collected via our contact form, by subscribing to our newsletter, by email/post, or when you apply for a job.
Personal identification information and non-personal information are used to ensure full efficiency for the services people have signed up for or have been requested by any other means.
In this way, ID+P can collect and use personal identification information and non-personal user information to the following uses:
- To improve services: information supplied by users will help ID+P to meet requests by some users.
- To personalise the user experience: ID+P can use non-personal identification information to help understand how groups of users utilise ID+P services
- To improve ID+P’s and other websites, and other communication tools for specific services: ID+P can use comments given by users to improve products and services.
To send periodic emails, other text messages and/or notifications: ID+P can use the e-mail address and telephone numbers supplied by users to answer requests, questions, and/or other requests. If users decide to sign up for the ID+P notification list, they will receive periodic information, company news, updates, information about services, and information about joint projects. At any moment, users can unsubscribe from periodic information services. ID+P makes available detailed instructions on how to unsubscribe at the bottom of each email or other text message.
ID+P adopts appropriate practices related to the collection, storage, and processing of data, and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, the modification, divulging, or the destruction of users’ personnel identification information, within the limits of ID+P’s role.
ID+P does not sell, exchange, or transfer users’ personal identification information to third parties. That said, each user accepts that their personal identification information can be transmitted to hosting partners, website editing service providers, and other service providers which help ID+P to supply services, carry out its business, or to serve the user. Processing information only according instructions from ID+P and conforming to relevant personal identification information protection legislation, ID+P can divulge users’ personal identification information when it believes that this publication is needed to conform to the law, to apply general website user conditions, or protect its rights, its property, its security or that of others.
However, users’ non-personal identification information can be supplied to third parties for marketing, advertising, or other purposes.
Your personal information is held by ID+P only for the length of time corresponding to the end use of why it was collected and /or to commercial and after-sales support. In any case this will not exceed 36 months, the legal limit in GDPR.
ID+P will take all reasonable steps to ensure that users’ personal data are only treated during the minimal necessary period to the ends spelt out in this confidentially policy. Personal data will be held by ID+P according to the following criteria:
- while ID+P maintains an on-going relationship with the user (for example when the user is receiving services from ID+P, or is legally included in an ID+P distribution list and has not unsubscribed.
- while users’ personal data are needed to achieve the objective set out in this confidentiality policy, for which ID+P has a valid legal basis;
- with the user’s prior consent, until the expiration of any additional conservation period.
ID+P commits itself to delete or anonymise users’ personal data on the expiration of the conservation period described above.
ID+P has put in place technical and organisational security measures to protect user personal data against accidental or illegal destruction, non-authorised access, and other forms of illegal or non authorised processing.
The user is responsible for ensuring that all personal data that is sent to us is sent securely.
Our internet sites and our applications can contain links to internet sites belonging to our network, advertisers, and affiliated partners. If you follow a link to one of these websites, please note that these sites have their own personal-data protection policies for which we are not responsible. We invite you to find out about the details of these policies before sending personal data to these websites.
We can also offer you the possibility to connect to your social networks. If you chose to proceed in this fashion, we would draw your attention to the fact that you communicate your profile data to us based on the configuration of the social networks you use. We invite you to investigate the relevant social media outlet’s personal-data protection policy in order to understand how your data are shared and used in this area.
We remind you that any content transmitted to a social network that we use can be accessed by the public. Thus, we invite you to be careful regarding the communication of certain personal data, such as financial data and addresses. We accept no responsibility concerning any measure taken by a third party after you have posted personal data on one of our social networks, and we recommend to you to not communicate this information.
Each user benefits, thanks to data protection law, from a right of access, modification, and opposition to personal-data processing, the right to delete personal data, and the right of portability of these personal data by sending an email to privacy@idp.lu. This right can only be exercised within the limits of contractual and legal obligations. Users also have the right to address a complaint to the Luxembourgish regulatory authority the National Data Protection Commission (https://cnpd.public.lu/).
When using services, users confirm they have accepted this confidentiality policy. If a user does not agree with this confidentiality policy, ID+P recommends that this user does not use the services. On-going use of these services, following the displaying of modifications of the current confidentiality policy, will be considered as accepting these changes.
ID+P has discretionary power to update this confidentiality policy at any moment. ID+P will revise the “date of the latest update” at the foot of this page. ID+P encourages users to check this page frequently for any change. Users recognise and agree that it is their responsibility to review periodically this confidentially policy, and to take these changes into consideration.
This confidentiality policy is applicable from 25th May 2018.
